Sustainability & Supplier Code of Conduct

Sustainability Commitment

Our company is committed to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices across all aspects of our operations. We carefully select materials and processes that minimize environmental impact while maintaining the high quality and luxury standards expected by our clients.

We prioritize eco-conscious materials such as organic cotton, certified leather, and recycled fabrics. We are actively working toward achieving 100% certified materials across all products by 2027. Packaging is designed to be recyclable, compostable, and free from unnecessary plastic wherever possible. These efforts reflect our dedication to reducing environmental impact while providing a premium shopping experience.

Where applicable, we seek and maintain certifications such as GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) for organic textiles, FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) for sustainable packaging, Fair Trade, and Leather Working Group (LWG) standards. Even when certifications are in progress, we maintain strict internal standards to ensure compliance with recognized environmental benchmarks.

Supplier Selection and Monitoring

We take full responsibility for the ethical practices of our suppliers and require them to adhere to our high standards. Every potential supplier undergoes thorough screening for labor practices, environmental impact, and compliance with local laws. We assess each supplier's ability to meet our quality, social, and environmental requirements before entering into a partnership.

All suppliers are expected to follow a formal Code of Conduct that covers fair wages, safe working conditions, non-discrimination, and respect for human rights. We perform regular audits, including site visits and third-party compliance checks, to verify adherence to these standards.

If a supplier fails to meet our standards, we implement corrective actions immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate relationships with suppliers who do not comply with our Code of Conduct.

Environmental, Social, and Diversity Standards

We uphold stringent environmental, social, and labor standards across our operations and supply chain. Our environmental practices include reducing water consumption, minimizing waste, and managing chemicals safely. We commit to continuous improvement in these areas to reduce the overall ecological footprint of our business.

Our social and labor standards are uncompromising. We prohibit forced labor and child labor. All workers in our supply chain receive fair wages and operate in safe working conditions. We actively support diversity and inclusion through equitable hiring practices and by partnering with women-owned and minority-owned suppliers where possible.

We reference global standards such as the UN Global Compact, ILO Conventions, and OECD Guidelines to guide our practices and ensure credibility in our commitments. These standards form the foundation of our sustainability and social responsibility policies.

Ongoing Improvement and Transparency

Sustainability and ethical responsibility are continuous efforts. We review our practices regularly to identify areas for improvement. We welcome feedback and engage with independent auditors and industry experts to refine our sustainability strategies.

Our commitment to transparency means that we communicate openly about our sustainability goals, certifications, and supplier expectations. This approach ensures that you can trust the integrity of our products and the ethical practices behind them.
