Geographic Coverage
We currently ship orders only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. During high-volume periods such as Black Friday or the holiday season, order processing may extend to 3 to 5 business days. You will be notified if there are significant delays.

Most orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail. The carrier used may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
Shipping Costs
We provide free standard shipping on all domestic orders. No minimum purchase is required to qualify for free shipping.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery for domestic orders typically takes 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once an order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. You may track their order through the carrier’s website or through the branded tracking page available on our website.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
If an order arrives damaged, we will arrange for an immediate replacement after verifying the issue. If an order is lost in transit, we will conduct a full investigation with the carrier. You will receive a response from our support team within 24 to 48 hours of reporting any issue. We are committed to resolving shipping problems quickly and fairly.
Additional Information
Please note that we currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some oversized items may require special shipping arrangements.
