You may return any item purchased from Maison Moyi within 14 days of the delivery date by following the instructions below.

How to Initiate a Return

Please follow this link to Start a Return to submit your information. Within 1 business day, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) by email, which is required for us to process your return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unwashed, with all tags and packaging included. Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

What to Include in Your Return

Please include all items in their original packaging along with any forms or documentation provided with your order. Detailed instructions will be included in your Return Authorization email.

Return Shipping

Maison Moyi covers all return shipping costs for orders shipped within the United States. Please follow the instructions provided in your RA email to complete your return.

Processing Your Return

Once your return shipment reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. If your return does not meet the stated conditions, the items will be returned to you, and the return request will be denied.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method used for purchase. Refund processing times depend on the payment method and your bank:

  Credit/debit cards: Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

  ACH / U.S. bank transfers: Usually 5–10 business days.

  Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.): Follows the underlying card or bank processing times, usually 5–10 business days.

  Stripe Instant Payouts / same-day refunds: Processed immediately on Stripe’s side, but your bank may take additional time.

If you have received a Refund Confirmation email but the refund has not appeared in your account, please contact our Client Services team for assistance.

Payment Methods Eligible for Refunds

All payments supported by Stripe, our payment processor, are eligible for refunds, including major credit and debit cards, ACH/bank transfers, and digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
